Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
- Books with writing, torn pages, or signs of use cannot be returned.
- Stationery items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and a clear photo/video of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued once the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or via bank transfer.
- Processing time may take 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
